Join me on this wonderful adventure!

ME SimsI want to share my knowledge, which I have gained through personal experience, college course work, literature, and in consulting with medical practitioners. I have given numerous retreats, workshops and have had mentoring relationships with both men and women for over 40 years.

My one and only goal is to teach both men and women to understand their relationship with their own bodies and how they work sexually. I share tips and suggestions on a better self-image, improved sex life, and the way we think about sex.

Before we had all the different terms for a mentor such as “coach”, “advisor” and “consultant”, way back in history, the term “mentor” was used to describe a relationship. A mentor with specialized experience or knowledge would share their wisdom with others. Remembering history, I’m not really all that old! <smile>

I am an experienced mentor for people in their feelings and beliefs about sex.

There is no right or wrong way to have sex. If you and your partner have decided what you want, then it’s good for you. However, many people have clamoring voices of doubt and shame. Let’s discover together where the voices come from and who is doing the talking. Eavesdrop no more. Listen and know your voice.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Must Read for Women

ME Sims has written a book that needed to be written years ago. A Little Bit of Pleasure is friendly, accessible, and easy to read. But most important, it is full of information and hints that women have needed and wanted to know for years. There is no tiptoeing around “difficult” subjects. She teaches women how to achieve sexual pleasure– a great gift to women who didn’t know there was more than they already had. I grew up in a world where women didn’t talk to each other about sex; didn’t ask questions about whether what they felt or wanted to feel was “normal.” Sims answers the unasked questions with humor and respect for her audience. She encourages women to pleasure themselves and to ask for what they would like. This is an outstanding book. I recommend it to women from 18 to 95.
